Add or manage C4 Diagram Set

Administrative workflow

1. Open the set from the C4 Diagram Sets overview.
2. Edit properties and verify ownership and tags.
3. Import or sync as needed.
4. Validate set quality using Diagram Assistance.
5. Use hard delete only when retention and governance allow it.

When you create a new C4 Diagram Set, the Roles listed in the DefaultRolesInViews System Parameter are pre-selected. You can remove them or add others before saving.
