Remove the Nodinite Log API when you need to start over during installation or update operations, or when decommissioning your Nodinite environment.

✅ Single PowerShell script removes all Core Services including Log API
✅ Options to retain or remove databases and configuration files
✅ Critical post-uninstall cleanup steps ensure complete removal

Note

The Log API is part of Nodinite Core Services and is uninstalled using the comprehensive Uninstall Nodinite v7 guide.

Uninstall Process

To uninstall the Log API along with all other Nodinite v7 components:

  1. Download the Nodinite v7 binaries from the Nodinite Portal
  2. Extract the ZIP file containing the PowerShell uninstallation script
  3. Follow the complete instructions in Uninstall Nodinite v7

The uninstallation script (Nodinite7-%ENVIRONMENTNAME%-UnInstall.ps1) removes:

  • Log API (REST/WCF endpoints)
  • Web Client, Web API
  • Monitoring and Logging Services
  • All other Core Services components

Tip

You can retain your databases for future reinstallation. See the Uninstall Nodinite v7 guide for the -DeleteDatabase and -DeleteSettingsFile parameters.

Important

After uninstalling, you must complete the post-uninstall cleanup steps described in the Uninstall Nodinite v7 guide. These steps are critical whether you're starting over during an install/update operation or decommissioning Nodinite entirely.

Legacy: Uninstall Nodinite v6
