Uninstall Log Databases

Remove the Nodinite Log Databases when you need to start over during installation or update operations, or when decommissioning your Nodinite environment.

✅ Single PowerShell script removes all Core Services including Log Databases
✅ Options to retain or remove databases and configuration files
✅ Critical post-uninstall cleanup steps ensure complete removal

The Log Databases are uninstalled as part of the Core Services package. For detailed instructions, see the Uninstall Core Service page.

Important

After uninstalling, you must complete the post-uninstall cleanup steps described in the Uninstall Nodinite v7 guide. These steps are critical whether you're starting over during an install/update operation or decommissioning Nodinite entirely.

Important

Backup your data! Export critical logs and audit trails before uninstalling. Use the -DeleteDatabase parameter only when you're certain you want to permanently remove all log data.

Legacy: Uninstall Nodinite v6

Warning

Nodinite v6 is deprecated. If you need to uninstall v6, follow the archived v6 uninstall guide.

Tip

For routine maintenance: Nodinite does not automatically remove old Log Databases. If you need to clean up historical databases to free disk space, use the Automating removal of old Log Databases guide instead of full uninstallation.
