View Single Monitor View
A single Monitor View provides a "Live Overview," displays "Historic events," and lists the services it consists of.

Live Overview
The "Live Overview" is similar to the health graph but shows individual services within the Monitor View.
Clicking a share will display only the services within that share.

Historic Events
Historic events show the number of events within your selected time span.

Under Customize, you can select different time spans for your analysis:
