The Custom Metadata feature is a cornerstone of the Nodinite Repository Model. It enables you to document, govern, and optimize your integration landscape with precision and ease.
Here's an example of the Custom Metadata Overview.
Find Custom Metadata
Open Repository > Custom Metadata. There are two input fields to help you narrow down a large list of entries.
Here's an example of where to apply a filter on content in the list.
- Name – Type characters to filter the list by Name or Description.
- Data Type – To filter by type, select one of the entries in the list:

Check Include deleted Custom Metadata to list deleted Custom Metadata too.
When checked, the list includes deleted Custom Metadata.
Sort
Click the icons in the table header to sort the list.

View Custom Metadata
Click the Custom Metadata field's Name to read its details, such as its Data Type and which Repository types it applies to.
Change or delete Custom Metadata
If your Role lets you change Custom Metadata, you can add, edit, delete, restore, and export fields. See Manage Custom Metadata for every step.
