Move many Articles onto a Document Profile at once

New 7.12

Bring a whole folder's worth of older Articles into your team's structure in one go, instead of opening them one by one. Select them, pick the Document Profile, and Nodinite wraps every Article's text in the shared header, sections, and footer.

  • ✅ Move dozens of Articles onto a Document Profile in one run
  • ✅ See exactly which Articles changed, and why any were left alone
  • ✅ Restore any single Article afterwards, because a revision is saved first

When you need this

Your team has agreed on a Document Profile, and many Articles in the knowledge base were written before that and still look different. Moving them one at a time with Move an existing Article onto a Document Profile would take all day.
