Knowledge base Articles

Stop answering the same question twice. A Nodinite knowledge base Article holds the runbook, the operator instruction, or the fix from last time, and shows it next to the integrations and Resources it's about, so the person on call finds it without asking you.

You write the Article (blue), enrich it, tag it, and link it to Resources and Repository entities (orange), and every save can be undone (green).

What your administrator sets up once

  • Access to the Repository, then to Articles with Create and Modify rights, through your Role; see Permission Set for the Repository Model. Operators who only read Articles in a Monitor View need View Articles on that Monitor View instead.
