Order flow
Orders are the flow everyone cares about — and the one where "I'll ask IT to check the logs" costs the most. This journey shows how a business user handles the whole thing from the Nodinite Web Client: find the order, see what happened to it, and hear about problems before the customer does.

The journey
Do the tasks in order the first time; after that, jump straight to the one you need.

What your administrator sets up once
Everything above is self-service after a one-time setup by your Nodinite administrator. If a task doesn't work for you, this is what to ask for:
