Manage Non-Events Monitoring
Manage monitoring thresholds and perform administrative remote actions on Non-Events configurations
Delegate the power to control all or individual Non-Events Monitoring configurations to selected team members and the business. This self-service portal is a flexible and powerful feature that aids in minimizing risk and disruption of mission-critical services.

The Nodinite Non-Events Monitoring Agent has the following features:
Remote Configuration - As an Administrator with access to Monitoring Agents from the Remote Administration dialogue, you can further manage:
- Add and Remove configurations
- Enable and Disable Monitoring
- Manage Interval Scheduling
- Edit thresholds

Perform Remote Actions
Show Log View Action
All Non-Events categories have the Show Log View action.
This action navigates the user to the Log View with the current monitoring data.

Clear the alert
Most Non-Events categories have the Clear the alert action.
This action suppresses ALL errors for the remainder of the day.

Next, a confirmation of intent is on screen.

Full Interval
The Category 'Full interval' provides one resource for each Configuration with its display name as Resource name.

Edit thresholds for full Interval
You can edit the thresholds for the selected 'Full interval' configuration, simply click on the Action button and then click on the Edit menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

You can manage the following monitoring properties:
- Description
- Search time span (affects all partial intervals for this configuration) - This property determines how far back in time to perform the search (extract from now)
- Warning thresholds
- Min
- Max
- Log Text - Your own custom log text for this configuration when Warning threshold is breached
- Error thresholds
- Min
- Max
- Log Text - Your own custom log text for this configuration when Error threshold is breached
Details for Full Interval
You can view a details page for the selected Full interval configuration, simply click on the Action button and then click on the Details menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

- End Time - Active hours for sliding window (End)

Save
You must click 'Save' or 'Save and close' for changes to persist. The new settings/thresholds are evaluated on the next synchronization.

Here's an example of the Save options.
Note
The delay in presenting the new evaluated state depends on the synchronization interval set for the monitoring agent. Click the Sync Now button to force an immediate synchronization.
