Spool count

Check if the number of rows in the Spool table exceeds user-defined thresholds.

If the number of rows in the Spool table in the BizTalk message box database is high over time, this may indicate a performance-related problem with your BizTalk Server environment.

Here is an example of when the Spool table has a record count below the Monitoring thresholds.

Here is an example of when the Spool table has a record count that exceeds the warning threshold.

What's being evaluated for 'Spool count'?

If the number of rows exceeds the user-defined thresholds for the Resource Spool count, the state is evaluated accordingly.

The evaluated state is provided in the table below:

The evaluated state may be reconfigured using the Expected State functionality on every Resource within Nodinite.

Edit thresholds

To manage the Monitoring thresholds, click the Edit menu item in the Actions button.
