Uninstall
You can quickly and safely uninstall the Microsoft BizTalk Server Monitoring Agent using the installer or Add or Remove Programs in Windows.
Before uninstalling, remove any Monitoring Agents and Resources from your Monitor Views. This prevents unnecessary alerts and ensures a smooth transition.
If you uninstall the agent without first removing the Monitoring Agents, users will receive error alerts, and the Monitoring Agent Configuration will appear as unavailable in your list of Monitoring Agents.

Uninstall guide
Follow these steps to completely uninstall the Microsoft BizTalk Server Monitoring Agent:
Step 1: Add or Remove Programs
Open Add or Remove Programs in Windows.
Step 2: Start the installer
Double-click the MSI file to launch the uninstallation process for the Microsoft BizTalk Server Monitoring Agent.
Start the uninstallation by running the MSI file.
Depending on your Windows settings, a security warning may appear. Click 'Run' to continue.

Step 3: Welcome Screen
After launching the MSI or starting from 'Add or Remove Programs', you'll see a Welcome screen.

Click 'Next' to proceed or 'Cancel' to exit the installer.
Step 4: Change, Repair, Remove
In the 'Change, Repair, Remove' dialog, click 'Remove' to uninstall the agent.
Choose Remove to uninstall the agent.
If the service is still running, a dialog may appear. Click 'Ok' to close and continue.

Step 5: Remove Program
Click 'Remove' to finalize the uninstallation.
Confirm removal of the agent.
Step 6: Completed setup
The final step will show either a success or a premature exit.

Click Finish to exit the installer.
