Remote Configuration – When you have Administrator access to Monitoring Agents from the Remote Administration dialog, you can:

- Enable and disable monitoring

ACK/NAK Non-Event
The Category 'ACK/NAK' creates one resource for each ACK/NAK Configuration and displays its name as the Resource name.
This example from a Monitor View shows a list of monitored manageable ACK/NAK configurations.
You can use the following Remote Actions for the ACK/NAKs Non-Events Category:
The dropdown menu displays available Remote Actions.
Show Log View
Use this action to go directly to the Log View with current monitoring data.
The 'Show Log View' action displays current monitoring data.
Show missing events
Share this function with your business users!
Click the Action button and select Show missing events from the 'Control Center' section to view a list of missing events.
The 'Show missing events' action displays missing events.
The system loads a list—this process may take some time depending on system load and data volume.
The list shows missing events.

Show the Log View {%name%}to access the underlying Log View for further data exploration.
At the end of the list, expand the accordion to review current thresholds:

Show delayed events
Share this function with your business users!
Click the Action button and select Show delayed events from the 'Control Center' section to view a list of delayed events.
The 'Show delayed events' action displays delayed events.

Ignore previous errors
Use the 'Ignore previous errors' feature to ignore events older than the current date and time. When you perform this Remote Action, the system uses the last value to perform the search operation.
The 'Clear previous errors' action lets you ignore older events.
The Nodinite Administrator manages this value in the Remote Configuration.
When you click the menu item, a modal prompts you to confirm your intent to ignore previous records.
The modal confirms your intent to clear previous errors.
