Remote Configuration – As an Administrator with access to Monitoring Agents from the Remote Administration dialog, you can:
- Add and Remove configurations
- Enable and Disable monitoring
- Manage Interval Scheduling
- Edit thresholds

Perform Remote Actions
Show Log View Action
Every Non-Events category includes the Show Log View action. Use this action to go directly to the Log View with Log Events included in the current monitoring.
The 'Show Log View' action displays current monitoring data.
Clear the alert
You can use the Clear the alert action in most Non-Events categories to suppress ALL errors for the remainder of the day.
The 'Clear the alert' action suppresses errors for the day.
A confirmation prompt appears:
You see a message after clicking the 'Clear the alert' action.
Full Interval
The Category 'Full interval' provides one resource for each Configuration and displays its name as the Resource name.
This example from a Monitor View shows a list of monitored manageable full interval configurations.
You can use the following Remote Actions for the Full Interval non-events Category:
The dropdown menu shows available Remote Actions.
Edit thresholds for Full Interval
Edit thresholds for the selected 'Full interval' configuration by clicking the Action button and then Edit in the 'Control Center' section.
Click the 'Edit' action to manage alert thresholds.
A modal appears:
The Edit alert thresholds modal lets you update the selected non-events configuration.
You can manage:
- Description
- Search time span (affects all partial intervals for this configuration)
- Warning thresholds (Min, Max, Log Text)
- Error thresholds (Min, Max, Log Text)
Details for Full Interval
View details for the selected Full interval configuration by clicking Details in the 'Control Center' section.
Click the 'Details' action to view configuration details.
A modal appears:
The details page shows the Full interval non-events configuration.

Show the Log View
to access the underlying Log View for further data exploration.
Partial Interval
The Category 'Partial Interval - Multiple Days' provides one resource for each Configuration and displays its name as the Resource name.

Edit thresholds for the selected 'Monthly interval' configuration by clicking Edit in the 'Control Center' section.
Click the 'Edit' action to manage alert thresholds.

- Start Day and End Day (-1–31)
- Warning thresholds (Min, Max, Log Text)

Show the Log View
to access the underlying Log View for further data exploration.
Save
Click 'Save' or 'Save and close' to persist your changes. The system evaluates the new settings/thresholds on the next synchronization.
The Save options let you persist your changes.
Note: The delay in presenting the new evaluated state depends on the synchronization interval set for the monitoring agent. Click the Sync Now button to force an immediate synchronization.
Save – Save pending changes
Close – Close the dialog without saving changes
